A Deceptive Deal: Our Long Journey to Lalganj Ajhara

The digital age has made buying and selling incredibly easy, but it also comes with its fair share of hidden surprises. Today, I am sharing a firsthand account of our recent road trip to inspect a secondhand tractor combo. It is a journey that taught my father and me a vital lesson about relying blindly on social media listings. The story began when my father mentioned he was looking for a specialized tractor-operated machine—one that could harvest paddy and efficiently produce wheat straw ( Bhusa ). Intrigued, I opened Facebook Marketplace to scout for options. After a brief search, I hit what looked like a jackpot. A seller had listed a suitable harvesting machine alongside a powerful 60 to 65 HP tractor . The photos attached to the listing looked absolutely pristine and impressive. Even better, the seller had priced the entire pair at a highly tempting ₹7.50 lakh . I instantly sent him a direct message, and he responded promptly. After confirming the price details, I told him we wo...

Gau and Gopal: My Life, My Love

Every soul on this earth has a reason for being alive, and mine is deeply tied to the unconditional love of animals. Today, on September 27, 2026, I am dedicating this deeply personal blog post to my cows . I feel an eternal debt of gratitude towards them because, quite literally, they are the ones who gave me the gift of life when the world had given up on me. The Ultimate Survival: Raised on Cow’s Milk My life began with immense uncertainty. When I was just a fragile five-day-old infant , my paternal grandparents made the bold decision to take me in and move away from my mother to live separately with me. Seeing my tiny, helpless form, neighbors and relatives discouragingly said, "He is only five days old; there is no way he will survive." But my grandmother was resilient. She looked at me and insisted, "I will not let him die. I will raise him myself." My grandfather stood firmly by her decision. At the time, my grandparents owned two cows , one of which was ...

A Journey to Mangarh, Immersed in Devotion

Every Sunday brings a new opportunity to explore the world around us. Today, on September 27, 2026, I am penning down a memorable travel vlog about my very first trip to the divine Mangarh Bhakti Dham (Kripalu Dham) , located in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. It was an impromptu train journey filled with rush, excitement, and ultimate spiritual peace. The plan was completely unexpected. I woke up early on Sunday morning, went out for my usual road run, and received a call from my cousin Rahul. He casually asked, "Hey Rohit, want to go out somewhere today?" When I asked where, he suggested Mangarh. Since neither of us had ever been there, we instantly locked the plan. I called my close friend Arjun to invite him along, but he politely declined due to a heavy workload. Undeterred, Rahul spoke to my mother to seek her permission, promising to take me safely by train and return early. Soon, Rahul arrived at my house on his Pulsar bike. We were running incredibly la...

My Daily Routine: From Caught in the Rain to Spotting Cobras

Every single day brings its own set of unpredictable adventures and quiet reflections. Today, on August 24, 2026, I am writing about my daily routine, which unexpectedly aligned with a highly auspicious and mysterious day in our cultural calendar—the very last Monday of the holy month of Sawan . The morning started a bit late for me as I woke up around 8:00 AM. After quickly tidying up the house, I headed out toward our Kothi (farmhouse) to check on the fields. After spending some peaceful time there, I began my walk back home. Suddenly, the monsoon clouds opened up. The downpour was so intense and rapid that I couldn't find shelter in time and got completely soaked from head to toe. My smartphone got heavily drenched too. The moment I stepped inside my house, I carefully wiped the phone dry with a clean cloth, took a refreshing bath, and changed into dry clothes. Daily Farm Chores and Family Misunderstandings Once dressed, I attended to my daily responsibilities. I went out to th...
